My story

 I'm Allen James, founder of Innate Intelligence. 

For over a decade, I've worked with hundreds of students worldwide, helping them share their stories, reach their goals, and gain admission to their dream schools. I have a strong passion for empowering others, which, at its core, is what this platform is all about. Like my approach to life, my coaching style is intuitive, creative, and "unconventional," allowing me to connect with students on a deeper level and help them channel their expression in powerful and authentic ways. ​

Outside of my work, I enjoy writing and performing music, surfing, playing beach volleyball, and traveling the world. I am forever a student of life, a role that serves me tremendously as a teacher and mentor for others.
